Hard Times Magazine Blog
I am from Warren, OH and I have created this blog to speak on a major issue I have with a mug shot magazine. First let me state that I am not speaking from a criminal perspective I am speaking from a human rights perspective. The first time I saw the magazine it was brought to my attention by my uncle’s girl. My first reaction was that, it was ok to help people understand what type of people are in there neighborhood, that they are surrounded by. Yes I understand when you hit a certain age your legal issue are open to the public. The magazine did also make me laugh based on the type of mug shots people were taking and it was also interesting when I seen someone I knew, so my first reaction was its just a mug shot magazine. The second time I seen the magazine I bought it for a $1 now it’s $1.75. The magazine was volume .1-issue 7 Christmas issue. The cover says Bad Santa’s Christmas Crimes & HO! HO! hold up! I was able to actually look at it in grave detail and I started to see what they were really tying to do and it is destruction. At the time I was actually in a situation where I had a little assault case and had to deal with deadly force by Weatherfield police for nothing and they also didn’t read me my rights while they was doing what they were doing. That is neither here nor there just got to move on to the next “never forget nor forgive”. So it was possible that I could have been in the magazine but I didn’t take a mug shot. So you can say that situation helped me abit to come to this conclusion by opening my eyes to a bigger picture. My second reaction to the magazine was that it was a mockery and that it’s a magazine making money off of misery by adding joke sections on people that commit simple crimes next to killers. The people that are making this magazine are not worry about keeping the neighborhood safe, they are tying to make money off of humor, ugly ass mug shots and misery. By saying misery I mean that in many different ways, the main reason is that the area is very depressed, high of unemployment rates leading to high crimes which means profit for them people I can only speak on warren right now, those people are glad y'all are getting in trouble, killing and robbing each other just wiping yourselves out. By doing so they profit and am not just taking about the magazine. I am actually not in warren right now I left in January 2011 to move to Kentucky to get my mind right and I have been studying the magazine and its orgin. One thing I found out was that Hard Times isn’t the only magazine; it’s not only in the warren area it is also in Kentucky and ten other states. The one in Kentucky is called “Crime Time” and the other one I saw was an Indiana one which is called “Face It”. What they all have in common is that they are all mug shot magazines worth a $1. The difference is that the magazine’s in Kentucky and Indiana is what you think they should be just a mug shot magazine to help people understand who is in there neighborhood and the “Hard Times” is based on jokes to help profit and make money on a small city or county's that are in a depression. You can get convicted for driving with no license and be put in the magazine and they will zero in on anybody! That makes an ugly face next to a real killer or rapist on the front page with a joke tied in, no wait the rapist is on the last page. People won’t even know the real story behind the crime for some people in the magazine. You might have kids that were hungry and needed to be driven to the other side of town or your kid was dying and needed to go to the hospital. But you got stopped by the police and arrested for driving with no license guess what “Hard Times”. Am talking to Warren , Ohio stop acting like concession-less bitches! And understand you are actually laughing at yourself because it can be you next in the magazine with no say. In “Crime Time” and “Face It” magazine in small print it says “not everyone in this magazine has committed a crime”. Hard Times also has a fucking Facebook you heard me a fucking Facebook, selling t-shirts and you don’t see anything wrong with that. They also have people with mug shots on the site too and people are commenting disrespectful comments on the mug shots and it can be anyone on there. Must of the people on there commenting are Pink European (so called white Americans). I believe it is a form of cruel and unusual punishment and people don’t see that. I suggest a boycott or arson of the magazine the right way. They laugh at you while you are laughing at your people and yourself.
The crime rates in warren are above average in the United States on the scale of the crime index, the average of the country at 325.2. Warren index 566.8
The unemployment rate in Warren is 15.00 percent (U.S. avg. is 10.20%). Recent job growth is Negative. Warren jobs have decreased by 8.22 percent.

Eighth Amendment
The Eighth Amendment in only three words imposes a constitutional limitation upon punishment. It cannot be “cruel and unusual.” What did the framers means? The courts have interpreted the words “cruel and unusual” in a flexible and dynamic manner reflecting an evolving society. The Crime Act 1790 mandated that a person be executed for Treason. Not only did you have to kill them; the body had to be mutilated. Mutilation of a corpse in itself is both cruel and unusual. At that time it was the Law, we don’t do that anymore, we have evolved. The eighth amendment has been affected more by the evolved change of society than any of the other amendments. From the site http://www.freeonlineresearch.com/
